About Las Lomitas

Established in 1993, Las Lomitas is a friendly westside Albuquerque neighborhood near Unser and Tierra Pintada. We take pride in our well-kept homes, welcoming neighbors, and strong sense of community that continues to grow year after year.

This photo shows our Las Lomitas entrance sign as it appeared in 2006. Since then, we’ve updated it with a modern marquee that not only welcomes neighbors but also shares important community news and upcoming events.

Bench Installation

Neighbors came together to install benches along our neighborhood sidewalks, creating inviting spots to rest, chat, and enjoy the view. These small additions reflect the big heart of our Las Lomitas community.

Osuna Nursery Beautification

Thanks to the partnership with Osuna Nursery, our neighborhood entrances have never looked better. Their care and expertise helped refresh our landscaping, keeping Las Lomitas vibrant, clean, and welcoming for all who pass through.

Cul-de-Sac Celebration

Las Lomitas neighbors gathered for an afternoon of food, music, and laughter right in one of our own cul-de-sacs.
