Your Neighborhood

Las Lomitas is a peaceful and well-maintained neighborhood in Albuquerque, New Mexico; established in 1993 and completed by 1996. It is considered friendly and is popular with families and pet owners. 
 
The neighborhood features a mix of single- and two-story homes with stucco exteriors and Spanish tile roofs, with private yards and low-maintenance landscaping. Residents enjoy a clean, quiet environment with a strong sense of community.

 

Las Lomitas offers convenient access to major highways, grocery stores, restaurants, parks, and schools—making everyday living easy and accessible.
