The Las Lomitas Community Tool Chest provides residents with shared access to tools, ladders, tables, and other useful items for home and neighborhood projects. This shared resource helps reduce costs and fosters collaboration among neighbors.

If you have gently used tools or equipment you’d like to contribute, we gratefully accept donations to expand our community collection.

Fall has arrived in Las Lomitas, bringing cooler mornings, crisp evenings, changing colors, and a new season to enjoy our neighborhood. It’s the perfect time to get outdoors, prepare our homes and yards for the cooler months ahead, and connect with neighbors as we settle into the season.

As leaves begin to fall and the weather changes, we encourage everyone to continue taking pride in our community by keeping properties maintained, clearing weeds and debris, and helping keep our streets and shared spaces clean and welcoming.

With shorter days and more neighbors enjoying evening walks, bike rides, and time outdoors, please remember to stay alert, drive carefully through the neighborhood, and look out for one another.
